Securing the grill for your event is easy.
To get things started, we ask that you follow these 5 steps:
- Verify your organization is located in the KUA Service Territory using our service area map.
- Check the availability of the grill for your event date.
- Once you’ve identified the desired date, please download, review, and complete the following forms:
- Secure a Certificate of Liability Insurance from your insurance company and have KUA listed as an additional insured certificate holder with a limit of no less than one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars.
- Develop or provide a map showing the location for grill delivery and set-up.
- Please send the completed paperwork to KUA for processing. The paperwork should be received by KUA no later than one week before your event. The forms can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to:
